How do I scan a receipt?

Open the app and tap the "+" button. Choose "Scan Receipt" to use your camera, or "Import from Library" to select an existing photo. The app will automatically detect the receipt and guide you through the process.

What if the receipt pre-fill assist isn't working?

The receipt pre-fill assist requires VisionKit support on your device. If it's not working, you can still manually enter receipt information. Make sure you're using the latest version of iOS and the app.

How do I customize receipt fields?

Go to Preferences > Default Receipt Fields to customize which fields appear when creating new receipts. You can also set up custom fields for PDF exports in the PDF Receipt Fields section.

How do I organize my receipts with tags?

You can create and manage tags in Preferences > Tags. When creating or editing a receipt, you can add multiple tags to help categorize and find your receipts easily. Use tags for different expense types, projects, or any other organization system that works for you.

Can I edit receipt information after scanning?

Yes! You can edit any receipt information at any time. Simply tap on the receipt you want to modify, and you'll be able to update any field, add or remove tags, or make other changes as needed.

How do I set up default submitter information?

Go to Preferences > Default Submitter Info to set up your default information. This will automatically pre-fill your details when creating new receipts, saving you time on data entry.
